Your reservation is safe with us. In case we’re not able to provide you a service (closed resort), we’ll issue you a voucher which you will be able to use another time (with surcharge in price difference).

You can buy it online or book it here by e-mail booking@kolpa-resort.si.
After the online purchase of the gift voucher, we will send a digital version by e-mail, which you can immediately print and give to the recipient. We will send you the original gift voucher by post.
The gift certificate cannot be exchanged for cash and was valid for 18 months from the date of purchase! You can buy a gift certificate with a minimum amount of € 100.
Note: Book a glamping tent or a wooden house by e-mail booking@kolpa-resort.si with the gift voucher number. Guests ’costs in excess of the value of the gift certificate can be paid for in cash or by credit card.
Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift voucher purchases are both definitive and non-refundable.
