Arrival Departure:

All units in our glamping resort are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. When leaving, leave the house or tent clean and tidy and check out by 11 a.m. (unless we agree on an extended check-out).
We hold the reserved accommodation for the guest on the day of arrival until 10 p.m.
 
In case of later arrival, the guest is obliged to inform the resort in advance - no later than 22:00 on the day of arrival. If the guest does not notify the resort in time, the resort is not obliged to hold the room for the guest, and also has the right to charge the guest no-show costs.
Later check-out from the resort is possible if you make arrangements with the reception. An hour of extension €30 and each subsequent hour costs €30. After 1 p.m., you will be charged for the whole day - the value of 1 night's stay.

Conclusion of the contract:

The contract is concluded when glamping Kolpa Resort receives a written confirmation from the guest or the online reservation system and when the Resort sends the confirmation of the reservation to the guest. A sent offer for accommodation does not yet mean a reserved room. The guest must confirm the received offer with key information and pay an advance payment of 25% of the total reservation in the case of 14 days or more until the guest's arrival and 100% of the total price in the case of 14 days or less until the guest's arrival.
Based on the received payment, the guest receives a confirmation of the reservation, which guarantees him a stay at the resort.

RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

You can book accommodation in different ways:
• via e-mail to the address: booking@kolpa-resort.si
• via the online form on the kolpa Resort Glamping website https://www.kolpa-resort.si/kontakt
• through online sales on the Kolpa Resort Glamping website
• in person at the reception
• through other websites with which glamping cooperates. In this case, the guest agrees to the general conditions of the website through which the reservation was made, as well as to the general conditions of glamping

The price list is published on the Kolpa Resort Glamping website and in the glamping reception.

By confirming the reservation and paying the advance payment, the guest also agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of glamping. The reservation is guaranteed after receiving the advance payment and with a return written notification from booking@kolpa-resort.si.
The final price is calculated when guests leave the camp. The amount of the prepayment already paid is deducted from the total amount of services that the guest must pay upon departure. We accept various payment methods: bank cards (such as MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa, Maestro), payment by bank transfer and cash.

Early departure
The resort is not obliged to refund the value of overnight stays to the guest/customer for early departure. Any exceptions based on the reason for early departure must be approved by the company's management.

Cancellation costs:
Cancellation costs depend on when Glamping Kolpa Resort (only in writing via e-mail to booking@kolpa-resort.si) receives the notice of cancellation. The minimum cancellation costs are as follows:
• if we receive notification at least 31 days before arrival: no costs;
• if we receive notification between 30 and 15 days before arrival: 25 percent of the accommodation price;
• if we receive notification 14 days or less before arrival: 100 percent of the accommodation price;
• In case of early departure, it is necessary to pay for the remaining days of the night's stay.

Non-arrival of the guest
If the guest does not check in at the resort on the day of arrival, he/she will be charged in accordance with the terms of cancellation of the reservation.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS only in case of cancellation due to FORCE MAJEURE - the following conditions apply from October 1, 2020:
• Payment of a deposit of 25% to secure the reservation.
• The final payment is due 14 days before the holiday.
• Full flexibility to move bookings until the end of 2021 in case of travel restrictions due to the corona virus.
• In the event that we cannot provide you with the service (the resort is closed or you will not be able to travel), we will issue you a voucher/voucher that you can use next time (with an additional payment in the price in case of price changes).
• There is no possibility to return the deposit.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Applicable law
Slovenian legislation applies to these general conditions. The parties agree on the exclusive jurisdiction of Slovenian courts.
Booking: When you book with us, we will send you an email confirming your glamping tent or log cabin, dates, times and payment details for your glamping holiday. Booking and payment is considered to establish a legal contract.

Payment:

To confirm the reservation, you pay an advance in the amount of 25 % percent of the total price of the reservation. Advance payment can be made by credit card or PayPal or to the bank account of Agencija MINI ŠPORT d.o.o. Mandatory surcharges:

Tourist tax / person and final cleaning / accommodation.

​

Kayaking, river rafting, wine tasting, massages, bar, food and drink, organized tours, decoration offer... transportation, excursions, additional activities... are charged according to the current price list and are paid upon check-out.

Compliance with local laws

Guests are responsible for knowing, observing and respecting local laws and regulations at the destination, and the resort staff is not responsible for informing or warning guests about the laws and/or regulations at the destination.
 
Open Fire: An open fire is available for all guests to enjoy. There is a fire hazard during the summer months, so please contact us before use.
Be sure to extinguish the fire after use to avoid the risk of fire.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

The use of the swimming pool, playground, bike park, pool beach and all other glamping infrastructure is at the guests' own risk.
Kolpa Resort does not accept responsibility for theft, accidents or other damage to persons or objects.

Kolpa Resort does not accept responsibility for damage caused by fire, wind, rain, storm, flood or other force majeure. Camping and glamping represent spending free time outdoors, in nature, which means that in the event of rain and/or other weather inconveniences, worse conditions may occur on the pitches (e.g. mud, puddles, water intrusion into the tent, wind), which is not the reason for glamping's obligation to return deposits in case of guest no-show, early departure of the guest or any discounts on the price of the stay at Kolpa Resort.

Kolpa Resort is not responsible for any damage that may occur due to a power outage.
The guest is responsible for the damage he causes during his stay at Kolpa Resort. We recommend that guests take out appropriate insurance from the providers, such as travel insurance (including trip cancellation), health, accident insurance and property insurance.

General safety:

(Wooden terraces and structures, use of the pool, fences, canvas, hanging chairs, ...)
Guests confirm and agree to follow all published safety warnings regarding wooden terraces, natural pool, wooden structures, canvas, houses....
Guests assume responsibility and release Kolpa Resort glamping staff from any responsibility, claims, lawsuits, damages, costs and / or expenses that may arise from or otherwise related to the use of wooden terraces or hanging chairs or swings, swimming pool and wooden areas, trees, accommodation, playhouses.

Guests understand and acknowledge that this disclaimer of liability also includes claims for negligence and/or acts or omissions of resort and resort staff. Accordingly, advance notice is received here.
In the event that the glamping tent or wooden house will not be available due to fire, flood or other unforeseen circumstances, KOLPA RESORT cannot accept responsibility for any loss.
If you notice that any equipment appears to be defective and/or unsafe, please notify the resort as soon as possible.

Kolpa Resort has the right to cancel further services and cancel the accommodation

contract if the guest:
1. violates the house rules, especially if his behavior disturbs other guests,
2. does not pay the bill for services rendered or according to a previously concluded offer,
3. suffers from an infectious disease that is dangerous for other guests in the entire facility. At the same time, the resort is also entitled to compensation.
Please note that there is silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Staying in a glamping tent or wooden house:

Make sure that:
• never use candles in or near the tent / wooden house
• Move kitchen stoves and grills away from the walls of tents / wooden houses, as they can be easily ignited
• do not smoke in the tent / house
• never use the barbecue inside or near the entrance of the tent / house
• Be especially careful when cooking, do not leave the pan unattended. Turn off all devices before bed.
• Never dry clothes over the stove
• Nets: All nets are safety nets, jumping over the nets is strictly prohibited.
• Sunbed: you use the net at your own risk. Jumping onto the net is strictly prohibited.
 
Pool:
Swimming and bathing are allowed in our natural pool. Since the pool is designed with water circulation, we do not add any chemicals to the water. That is why it is especially important to take care of personal hygiene at the pool. Before entering the pool, read the swimming rules and hygiene instructions.

Animals (frogs, dragonflies) will be attracted to the vegetated part of the pool in which you are not swimming.
We reserve the right to close the pool complex in case of exceptional conditions and cleaning.

We reserve the right to close the pool in the event of breakdowns, other unforeseen situations, infectious diseases, pandemics, epidemics or in the event that the government has issued recommendations to close the pools.
The price of renting glamping tents or wooden houses - does not change if the pool is closed!

Pets: We do not allow dogs or other pets in the glamping Kolpa Resort or in the tents and wooden houses.

Separation of waste:

We ask that you recycle the waste yourself in the designated waste island.
Entry to Kolpa Resort glamping is only for guests of the resort. In the case of visits, only those are required to register at the reception and show their ID. External visitors are not allowed to use the infrastructure of the glamping resort.

Rules on the use of unmanned aircraft: For the safety and respect of the privacy of guests, the use of unmanned aircraft or drones and model aircraft for recreational purposes is prohibited.

 

Lost/stolen property:
Kolpa Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

 

Safety
Your tent/house has a security lock to ensure your belongings are safe when you are away. You receive the key upon arrival.

 

Parking:
Free outdoor parking is available at the resort. Kolpa Resort Glamping assumes no responsibility for the safety of vehicles, damage to vehicles or things stored in them.
We do not allow cars to be parked on the grass to preserve it and keep the peace.

 

External visitors:
Entry to Kolpa Resort glamping is only for guests of the resort. In the case of visitors, they are required to register at the reception desk and present their ID. External visitors may not use the infrastructure of the glamping resort.

House and tent structure:
It is forbidden to tamper with or adjust the structure of the tent and the wooden house in any way.

 

Wildlife:
There is a lot of wildlife in this area. Enjoy, but be careful. Put the food in the designated containers, otherwise mice or birds might try to eat it. Do not leave rubbish outside the tents as it can be blown away by animals.

PITCHES/ Camping spots:

The price includes accommodation, wireless wi-fi, access to the outdoor pool, use of toilets, children's playground and cycling range.

HOUSE PETS
Pets are only allowed in specially marked areas. Pets are not allowed in areas where pets are not allowed. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Pet owners are obliged to clean up after them and ensure that they do not disturb the peace of the campsite. The overnight stay of pets is charged according to the valid price list.

SMOKING
All of our accommodations and indoor public areas are non-smoking. Due to the risk of fire, caution is necessary when using tobacco products on outdoor surfaces.

OTHER IMPORTANT CONDITIONS:

1. Pitches in Kolpa Resort can be used from the end of April to the end of September. On the day of arrival, registration for pitches is possible from 14:00 to 20:00
2. Before entering the Resort, guests must register at the reception. For registration, it is necessary to submit valid documents for all persons, both adults and children, as well as the registration number of your vehicle.
3. On the day of departure, it is necessary to check out the pitches by 11:00 a.m. at the latest
4. If you do not leave the plot within the check-out hours, you will be charged for an additional night's stay.
5. Guests are asked to settle their obligations. In case of unpaid obligations
(bills) will be notified to the competent police station.
6. Registered guests must register their visitors at the reception. External visitors may not use the infrastructure of the Resort.
7. At Kolpa Resort, we are very proud of the environmental mark - Green Key, which is the leading standard of excellence in the field of environmental responsibility and sustainable operation in tourism. We want you to help us take care of the environment by separating waste, saving water and energy.
8. Sanitary facilities, showers, washing machines (extra charge), dishwashing area are available to guests.
9. Connections for electricity, water and gray water are on each plot.
10. Dogs are conditionally allowed only on plots, and must be on a leash and on their plot at all times. Dogs are strictly prohibited from entering the Glamping Resort. Movement, swimming in the pool is NOT ALLOWED. Owners are asked to clean up after their dogs.
11. We strive to keep our Resort clean, so please help us by following the following instructions: - Small children should be accompanied by their parents when using the restrooms. - Please separate your waste! - Please put suitable boxes under the drains of motorhomes. - Avoid soil contamination. - Cars may only be washed in a place designated for car washing.
12. Water is drinkable in all parts of the resort. Water is a precious resource, so use it carefully.
13. Kolpa Resort is not responsible for lost or forgotten things. All found/lost items are located at the reception desk.
14. You are not alone in the glamping resort, please respect others as well. Turn down the volume of the radio, television, etc. so as not to disturb other guests.
15. Respect the privacy of other guests.
16. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the resort is closed at night.
17. The speed limit inside the resort is 5 kilometers per hour.
18. Parking in front of the reception is only allowed for check-in and check-out of guests. Wrongly parked vehicles will be removed at the owner's expense.
19. Use the dedicated surfaces and playgrounds for games.
20. Burning fires is prohibited in the resort. The use of a barbecue is allowed if the fire is at least 50 cm above the ground.
21. The introduction of weapons, explosive substances and flammable objects is prohibited.
22. You swim in the natural pool at your own risk. The number of people in the pool is limited.
23. Swimming and bathing are allowed in our natural pool. Since the pool is designed with water circulation, we do not add any chemicals to the water. That is why it is especially important to take care of personal hygiene at the pool. Before entering the pool, read the swimming rules and hygiene instructions. Animals (frogs, dragonflies) will be attracted to the vegetated part of the pool in which you are not swimming.
24. We reserve the right to close the pool complex in case of exceptional conditions and cleaning.
25. We reserve the right to close the swimming pool in the event of infectious diseases, pandemics, epidemics or in the event that the government has given recommendations to close the swimming pools.
26. Plot prices do not change in the event of the pool being closed.
27. The area is protected by video surveillance, the control is carried out by Agencija Mini Šport d.o.o.
28. In case of violation of the above rules, Kolpa Resort reserves the right to reject the guest if this is for the benefit of other guests.

DISCLAIMER:

A deposit of 25% of the final value of the reservation is charged to confirm the reservation. Please note our cancellation policy: in case of cancellation less than 14 days before arrival or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
